The Old Northern Inn is the oldest hostelry in northern Idaho. Located on Priest Lake in Coolin, Idaho, the two-story log hotel was built in 1900 by Walt Williams, an employee of the Great Northern Railroad.

Perched on Lake Pend Oreille and located in South Sandpoint, the Newport Plums Estate is a one-of-a-kind vacation rental property. This large and immaculately maintained property is ideal for a family or group coming to visit Sandpoint any season of the year. We are located on just over 3 acres of land with a park like setting. Most of our guests love the fire pit and rustic seating, as well as the picnic tables. Our hot tub is open to all guests until 9:00 PM however; we do offer an adjoining room that can purchase all hours access.
