The property is in the heart of the very popular South Sandpoint area, and is a short drive to Schweitzer Mountain Resort (13 miles), the Idaho Club golf course (10 miles) or Dover Bay (3 miles).
Silverwood Theme Park is 29 miles, Couer d’ ALene is 45 miles and Spokane is 75 miles from the property. Out of town guests typically fly into Spokane Airport (GEG) and have an easy 1.5 hour and scenic drive down interstate 90 to the 95 right into Sandpoint.
The house has 5 bedrooms, a loft, 5 full baths, 2 half baths and a media room and is approximately 7,500 square feet and sits on almost an acre of land. There are 11 beds, two futons, several comfy Staton made couches and the house can comfortably accommodate up to 18 overnight guests. This gated property is surrounded by scores of American Arborvitae trees soaring over 50 feet which creates a private oasis for guests to enjoy a very special get away.
