The Library

“The Library,” more formerly known as the East Bonner County Library, is located right in town and is a true hub of community connection and resources that go far beyond the thousands of books on its shelves to foster “discovery, connection and lifelong learning.” The library is one of Sandpoint’s most popular local community resources, with one of the highest per-capita uses in the entire state.

Library resources include community meeting rooms available to local groups free of charge; a digital library that permits check-out of ebooks and other resources; an extensive collection of DVDs and music CDs, many programs for children and teens, including a virtual reality center through books and other resources; a “library of things” with checkout of items from birding backpacks to telehealth kits. And more! Click to ebonnerlibrary.org … or just go to 1407 Cedar Street and walk in the welcoming doors.
